The Emerging Countries Customer Fulfillment (ECCF) Emerging Countries Engineering team is searching for an innovative and solutions-oriented Operations Engineer Senior Program Manager who is able to collaborate effectively with internal and external technical teams and be responsible for the design, development and deployment of our material handling and storage systems across multiple building types. In this role you will be responsible for working with internal customers to define highly ambiguous problem statements, evaluating innovation and retrofit scopes, driving project schedules. This person will possess a strong engineering and program management background, will have demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects, and will have a well-rounded technical background in current Material Handling Equipment (MHE) technologies and storage solutions. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an innovative environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. Key job responsibilities Deep understanding of the business and technical requirements of the engineering change being evaluated to drive the right conclusions. Fluent in MHE design, judge technical viability of the product/solution and tailor communication for all stakeholders. Work with the Operations Leadership team to manage retrofit and innovation projects in our emerging countries and drive proper solutions to help the network. Evaluate solutions effectively and make decisions that balance business value and technology risk. Help your customers and the engineering teams make appropriate trade-offs by considering the larger picture (e.G., business goals, throughput expectations, quality requirements, efficiency, maintainability, operability). Identify standards and drive consistent application of engineering changes across ECCF. Communicate and present program status to Operations/Finance Directors. Ability to travel up to 50% to interact with internal and external business and technical leaders. Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field. Proficiency in Portuguese. #J-18808-Ljbffr
