We are hiring an
**Operations Finance Analyst Sr** for our operation team, you will be partnering with business and functional leaders in support of operating financial metrics, day-to-day and project decision support as well as assisting operation leadership in making sound financial decisions
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Operation metrics reporting - Labor planning and reporting
- Continuous improvement of processes and systems
- Ensuring the effective accounting control are maintained
- Performing a wide range of analysis which require a deep understanding of the business and advanced level of broad analysis skills
- Labor and OH standard calculation - Correct the over/under absorption
- Material variance analysis
- Ensure our costing system reflect accurate product cost.
Labor and overhead rates
- Calculate the cost/efficiency per line and per product
- Owns operations finance - plant metrics such as efficiency, over time, overhead expenses.
- Partnerships with local plant and category leadership.
- Materials Inventory cycle counts (WM, IM/WIP, MRO)
- Fixed assets
- KPIs
**Who You Are**:
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or in a related field required
- At least 4-8 years' experience in a similar role
- Advanced Excel is required
- Demonstrate financial accounting high proficiency
- Bilingual Spanish/English
**Preferred Skills and Competencies**
- Experience working in Tableau is a plus
- Experience with product costing or operation finance is a plus
- MBA preferred
- Experience with SAP manufacturing preferred
