Operations Jr Analyst

This job is responsible for the input, setup, analyzation, communication, resolution and/or maintenance of client, customer or agency information for one or more of Assurant's products/services. Responsibilities: Work to achieve objectives and deliver results with a short-term, operational focus and limited impact on others. Management and monitoring of claim settlement. Management of the network of Service Centers. Invoicing process for Service Centers. Planning and coordination. Improvement opportunities. Implementation of new actions validated with the supervisor. Keeping information updated in the supplier platform for customer and service centers. Report and operation indicators. Requirements: Degree completed in business administration, engineering, and similar fields. 1-2 years of experience in a related role. Knowledge of after-sales service (factory and extended).
