The position plays a critical role in establishing the Service Center, building up a high-performing teams and fostering collaboration between the Nearshore Hub and teams in the U.S. and Canada. The primary objectives of the role are to drive a unified team mentality (irrespective of activity location), to provide leadership, guidance and motivation for the local team, and to support team members to gain a deep understanding of the North American culture and market environment.The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for all activities covering Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Project Management, Distribution & Logistics, Digital (Systems, Analytics & Master Data), and administrative support according to regionally defined activity splits.The role embraces Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) principles and practices and follows the VACC approach to leadership (being a visionary, architect, catalyst, and coach). The role actively evolves the operating model and fosters successful adoption of DSO including directing resources to highest-impact priorities.**Scope (global, regional or local)**:Regional.**Location**: Mexico City.
