Our mission is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve natural resource efficiency and be environmentally friendly, working with a team of experts in finance, legal, environmental, engineering and large-scale operations.Job Objective:This position will play a leadership role focusing primarily on everything related to the administration and monitoring of EPC contracts for the execution of the project. In addition, it will be responsible for establishing, within the operational scope of the company, control and monitoring procedures and processes.The role also includes responsibility for setting up and configuring our offices in Mexico, recommending systems and hardware selection, recruiting qualified personnel, and other functions.This role requires a thorough knowledge of business processes, management and leadership principles, a strong technical and commercial foundation related to project execution, and an understanding of the chemicals market. The objective is to manage all operational aspects during project execution and some business aspects. You will also be responsible for fostering development opportunities through mentoring and coaching.Responsibilities:Monitoring and negotiation of contracts with various contractors.Project analysis and scheduling, risk analysis, mitigation and implementation.Status updates on various scopes, metrics and reports to senior management as needed.Achieve and exceed key business objectives, including safety, quality, profitability, on-time delivery and productivity, implementing corrective actions when necessary.Ensure that staff receive adequate training to perform their duties effectively.Continuously work on optimizing processes and eliminating activities that do not add value.Participate in commercial and technical discussions, providing valuable information.Support executive management as necessary for the execution of activities.Participate in factory acceptance testing and project consultation.Supervise and assist project managers by developing, approving and delivering training programs, philosophies and basic operating manuals.Approve priority identification and system transfer packets.Develop, review and analyze project cost estimates, whether in man hours, machine hours or quantities.Requirements:Education: Bachelor of Engineering, with Master's degree preferred in engineering-related disciplines.
