The OLP offers new graduates an opportunity to deliver impactful contributions to strategic projects through three eight-month rotations across various Carrier business units.OLP rotation locations will reside within Santa Catarina, but OLPs may rotate to different buildings and leaders during their first 2 years. Candidates selected for the program will receive front-line, hands-on, meaningful assignments designed to stretch their capabilities and accelerate their professional development. In addition to the hands-on experience, the program includes high-caliber training, mentorship, and guidance from our diverse team of Carrier executives and program alumni to build a strong and lasting global network of colleagues.Our Disruptive Climate Solutions and Integrated Energy Systems team is evolving to maintain Carrier's leadership in the market through investments in advanced research, technologies, and methods that will shape the future of our products and services. As part of this transformation, we are hiring and empowering a recently graduated electrical engineer to help us innovate and pursue sustainable solutions for our customers.Associates will apply scientific principles to innovate, design, integrate, and implement technologies, components, sub-systems, and systems to ensure compliance with specifications, requirements, Agency requirements, and customer needs.Key ResponsibilitiesInteraction with team members from different facilities to develop assigned projects.Management of your own workflow for assigned projects.Ability to adapt to new teams, with an interest in learning and continuous improvement.Assist electronics engineers to support product modifications.Support and update the engineering drawings and bill of materials.Participate in cost reduction and quality improvement projects.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related major.Average academic grade point must be greater than or equal to 80.To be eligible for the program, you must be an August or December 2024 graduate in the relevant field and start in the Leadership Program in January 2025.Relevant internships or co-op experiences are preferred
