The OLP offers new graduates an opportunity to deliver impactful contributions to strategic projects through three eight-month rotations across various Carrier business units.OLP rotation locations will reside within Santa Catarina but OLPs may rotate to different buildings to different leaders during their first 2 years.Candidates selected for the program will receive front-line, hands-on, meaningful assignments designed to stretch their capabilities and accelerate their professional development.
