We're hiring a **full-time Operations Maintenance Coordinator** to oversee our rental property maintenance and help keep our residents happy! - Customer service experience
- Proven ability to multitask
- Proficiency with computers, typing, and programs such as MS Office and client work order management software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing circumstances, and keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong desire to succeed

Knowledge of Property Meld or experience with residential or multifamily maintenance would be preferred. Problem-solving experience would be a bonus!

**WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR OPERATIONS MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR?**

In this property maintenance role, you help take care of our rentals and keep residents feeling comfortable in their homes. You maintain a maintenance calendar for our repair technician, updating it as service requests come in. Thinking strategically, you triage requests and prioritize them by urgency. You collaborate with residents, technicians, and vendors to ensure timely service and to keep our inventory well-stocked. Attentive to detail, you manage our billing, order supplies as we run low, and ensure all maintenance requests are fully addressed. Your success directly impacts our growth and our tenants' happiness!
