Institutional Sales Manager**Main responsibilities**- Responsible for the positioning of the Investment Funds product to achieve sales among business and corporate clients, the fulfillment of the annual goal in AUMs, income and flows based on the segments and Regional Directorates in charge.- Responsible for the positioning of the products and solutions related to Savings Funds, Savings Banks and Pension Plans in their assigned portfolio:- Presence and active participation in meetings with bankers, Deputy Directors and Regional Directors to:- Construction of a robust pipeline- Quantify SOW (share of wallet) of the total portfolio- Reactivation of the operation and increase in balances in active contracts- Planning of internal communication towards RMs (i.E. daily mail of returns, communications, economic views, etc.)- Constant training of the Products towards the RMssJob activities- Monthly results meeting:- Monthly plan for meeting goals: milestones with customers, flows and income.- Number of citations and successful references by RM.- Monitoring of inputs and outputs of the most important flows, as well as an action plan.- Participation in the implementation and funding of the earned business together with the areas of Client Management, Client Service, I&I.Requirements**Product Knowledge**:- Mastery of the available offer of Investment Funds and the solutions related to them: Savings Funds, Savings Banks and Defined Contribution Pension Plans.- Development of technical knowledge, understanding of market behavior and its impact by type of asset, investment processes.- Mastery of the regulation applicable to investment funds and their impact on commercial activity.- Domain of contractual, operational and implementation processes of products to customers."At HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member.
