As Ops Analyst you'll be very dynamic and be able to adjust to a number of roles on demand. You'll have a high attention to detail, supporting your Ops Manager in the financial and HR health of the Mexican office, as well as using your local knowledge to provide input and solutions on how we can achieve our quarterly targets.You will be actively engaged in the Mexican and Panamanian portfolio, to manage the account receivables and reconcile the finance activities for the agency, recurring and new invoicing and revenue recognition, payables/payments, fixed assets and other general ledger transactions. You will be mainly responsible with following up on accounts receivable duties including sending payment reminders, call and following up on outstanding payments, and processing and monitoring incoming payments. Day to day accounts tallying and reconciliation. Filing of financial records. Client invoice payments and geing.**About you**:- You are highly organized and have acute attention-to-detail.- You are capable to bring the best profiles to the company, creating innovations for the Hiring Process and short our hiring timeline.- You're a passionate Ops Analyst that is able to juggle multiple projects at once.- You're confident in accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations- You're a master of skills in Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE, VBA)- You're process driven, understanding that the only way to scale businesses is if all teams work together.- You're a natural when it comes to spotting room for improvement - as well as offering feedback on internal process, work flows and frameworks.- You're fun, engaging, accountable and transparent.
