Descripción Direct and coordinate the manufacturing operations: production, supply chain, maintenance.Oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality.Use ERP systems & Excel analysis for inventory management, production planning, and other operational tasks.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.Plan the use of human resources, including assignment of personnel and machine capacity.Monitor performance OEE and implement continuous improvements to drive productivity.Perfil buscado Engineering Bachelor's DegreeAt least 10 years of experience managing manufacturing operations within the automotive suppliers industry.Understanding of ERP systems & ExcelProven leadership abilities in an industrial/manufacturing environment.Strong communication skills and team management.IATF 16949 & ISO 9001Qué Ofrecemos Competitive compensation package and benefits above the law.
