Operations Manager Call Center - Hr

AgileOne is Global Workforce Solutions company currently looking for an Operations Manager to develop in the HR department for our Shared Services center in Mexico that provides services to the United States.- Experience managing a team of agents, vendor or client management.- Excel reporting intermediate to advance, kpis reporting.- Handle incidences of the personnel, support selection.- Interested in developing in the HR department administrating a US Headcount- Conversational English- Lives in any state of Mexico (this is a remote position)**Benefits**:- Remote work 100% Work from home- Salary $18,000 up to $22,000 gross (based on experience and English level)- $500 Internet bonus- Laptop and Headset- Benefits above the law: monthly internet bonus, life insurance, sick days, days off- Direct HireResponsabilities:- Back office, follow up on documents, complete information processes through the internal platform such as onboarding of personnel, terminations, ID creation, incidencies, vacations etc, for an American HeadCount.- Support projects and attend meetings with Managers from the USA.- Client and Vendor Management.
