Includes activities that cannot be attributed to a defined Operations discipline.
This position manages a team of intermediate or experienced professionals in Manufacturing Operations.
Establishes objectives and guidelines for managing and monitoring cell performance and productivity.
Directs scheduling and sequencing of work, as well as production innovation to optimize production.
Leads Deployment Program initiatives aligned to PD in several Manufacturing Cells.
Understands, teaches, and leads teams with a CI culture and usage on a daily basis of the triplets (SW, SWCS and % Load).
Fully understand & execute resource optimization plan to achieve financial targets in several cells.
Define resource allocation and ensures readiness process to meet production plans.
Interact with internal customers under need basis.
Coordinate and liaison among cross-functional teams.
