- Ensures product and process quality by designing test methods; testing the capabilities of the process and the finished product; establishing standards, and confirming manufacturing processes. -Ensures that production KPIs are met and communicated at different levels. Establishes improvement actions where necessary. -Responsible for the execution of new product introductions and product transfers. -Effectively and efficiently manages the production to achieve daily/weekly/monthly objectives according to client specifications. -Directs the manufacturing function to achieve gross margin, quality, and production targets to meet profitability, customer requirements, and quality standards. -Identifies opportunities for operational improvement within the organization. Implements continuous improvement based on lean manufacturing principles, identifies efficiencies, and implements changes through training, practices, and processes. -Inspires others to meet or exceed expectations daily through their own enthusiasm and energy. Experiência y requisitos

Requirements: Educational: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or business with over 5 years of experience in manufacturing management leadership. English skills: B2+, or Above
