**Your Role & Responsibilities**:- Maintains manufacturing operations Areas in terms of production, deliveries, quality, manning & maintenance.- Manufacturing costs, etc.- Meets production and quality control standards + delivery dates and prevent operational delays.- Provides guidance to the new manufacturing programs, including personnel requirements, material needs, and tooling and equipment needs.- Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.- Coordinates manufacturing activities with all other functions of the organization- Reviews production and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational, manufacturing, quality, engineering and maintenance problems to ensure minimum impacts. Determines responsibilities of staff positions to accomplish business objectives.**Your Skills & Strengths**:- Engineering Bachelor's degree.- 5+ years' experience in similar position.- Knowledge of automotive industry.
