Descripción del empleo**
Responsibilities**:

- Reviews forecasts, programs and production orders, taking into account type, quantity, specifications and delivery date of the products in order to plan and establish the most efficient processes.
- Plans production work, establishing priorities and the most efficient sequences for the elaboration of products that meet the established specifications.
- Ensures that machinery and production equipment receive an effective preventive maintenance, so it always works with the highest level of performance.
- Seeks continuous improvement and makes suggestions to management about changes to make the production process a more efficient one and which reduce operating costs.
- Ensures proper 5S' and maintenance (including preventive maintenance) of areas of responsibility
- Measure, control and improve the quality of service to internal and external customers.
- Strengthen the organizational development of the company to build a work environment that generates a sense of belonging and pride of people towards the company.
- Manage improvement projects related to productivity, quality and / or cost reduction.
- Participate in the creation of personnel development and succession plans in key positions.
- Supervise and evaluate work performance to increase staff productivity.
- Form and develop work teams focused on the achievement and fulfillment of the company's objectives.
- Participate and propose corporate guideline activities that favor the improvement of productive, commercial and administrative processes that allow the fulfillment of the company's objectives.
Requisitos**
Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, or a related discipline
- 6 years of Experience in similar positions (Manager level)
- Bilingual
