Performs professional or management work regularly across multiple Manufacturing disciplines.Description compl?mentaireEssential duties and responsibilities:Manages and ensures all quality related items are complete and documented so that established quality standards are met.Leads cost reduction efforts and process improvements to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness.Leads scheduling to ensure that operations run according to established production schedules.Leads the sequencing of work, such as build and delivery, to ensure smooth operations and optimal use of resources.Manages materials and logistics problem resolution to ensure availability of materials and smooth operations.Establishes performance objectives and leads cell performance and productivity.Leads production innovation, including additive manufacturing, to enhance production capabilities.Meet customers' requirements and business objectives related to safety, quality, on time deliveries, costs and inventory in alignment with Site's goal deployment initiatives.Lead the effort of all the direct and indirect (support functions) resources under his/her responsibility providing coaching and guidance towards achieve specific objectives.Empower the Business Units leaders to drive the necessary actions to meet day to day commitments, as well as the successful deployment in all areas of responsibility.Promote and support continues improvement of the areas under his/ her responsibility applying six sigma.Exigences du posteRequired competences:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Materials, Supply Chain, Engineering or Finance.
