This role requires a focus on safety, quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.**Work Environment**:On-site**Key Responsibilities**:- Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to meet production schedules and financial goals.- Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.- Ensure a safe working environment through the implementation and maintenance of safety standards and regulations.- Implement and sustain continuous improvement processes focused on reducing variability and improving quality.- Lead, coach, and develop the plant staff, fostering a team-oriented, high-performance culture.- Set performance goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.- Utilize lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodology to enhance operational efficiencies.- Identify, recommend, and implement changes to improve productivity and reduce waste.- Coordinate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory and ensure timely delivery of components.**Critical Competencies for Success**- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.- Proficiency in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.- Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve complex problems.- Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control.- Proficiency with ERP systems and manufacturing software.- Proficiency in speaking and writing in English is required.**Health & Safety**The physical demands described within the Key Duties & Responsibilities section of this job description are required to perform the essential functions of this position.
