Operations Manager

Administer Corporate procedures and policies to all employees, including training.
- Promote positive employee-safety relationships by advising and making decisions that are fair, consistent, and comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Manage the operational program of the plant in conjunction with the production, quality, maintenance, materials departments
- Manage key process indicators (KPIs) related to the business
- Ensure compliance and monitoring of solutions to operational problems.
- Ensure compliance with corporate process systems
- Perform audits of processes in layers and 5s, according to the required schedule.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor of Industrial Engineer, Electronics Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer
- Must have at least five years experience in a manufacturing manager role or in order to
- Must have at least five years of production experience and a continuous improvement management role in a manufacturing organization.
- Previous supervisory experience is required.
- English proficiency is required
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, and production personnel
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees and customers.
- Ability to effectively present information to groups of managers or employees and ability to write reports and business correspondence required both in Spanish or English.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
