We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Operations Manager based in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila (JIT Division).
As Operations Manager, you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an international and growing environment reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
Your Tasks will be: Responsible for supervising the engineering and maintenance departments to ensure compliance with plant safety, quality, and delivery objectives.Knowledge of operational indicators.JIT process experience.Knowledge of FOAM area.Customer knowledge and management.Respect and enforce quality policy and comply with the requirements of the Quality Management Systems, IATF, BIQ, LPOF, C-TPAT/OEA.Authority to stop the process if a breach of customer requirements or safety risk is identified.To be successful in this role, you will need: Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.
