**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:Manage all production activities of facility including Production Supervisors, Manufacturing Engineers, and Training Coordinator, among othersResponsible for meeting customer orders on-time and in full.Maintain a culture that prioritizes safety and quality through communication, action, and accountability.Empower the production team to collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operational Excellence to improve efficiency and throughput.Ensure entire organization receive effective training.Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet customer needs.Work with support functions as necessary to support the site.Support issue resolution including root cause investigation & an environment of continuous learning and improvement.Ensure production teams utilize standardized work and consistent work practices across shifts and areas.Adopt and follow Aspen's core values of Safety, Quality, Integrity, Teamwork, Customer and Innovation on both a personal and professional level.**QUALIFICATIONS**:Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing preferably in Tier 1 or Tier 2 Automotive, manual and automated discrete parts manufacturing.BS or MS in Business or Technical discipline; or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability.Experience in cell manufacturing preferred (other mass production industry is welcomed).Strong organization skills with meticulous attention to detailAble to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines.Ability to work with and develop production performance metrics (efficiency, quality, safety, throughput, costs).Communicate clearly using excellent written and verbal skills.Fluent with common MS office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
