CSRA requires self-motivated, independent working operations manager to provide operations support at CSRA data collection facility in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. OFC Manager will be managing day-to-day coordination with the consular personnel at the US consulate in Nuevo Laredo and managing a team of greeters who work there. OFC manager will also manage the day-to-day operations at the CSRA OFC facility in Nuevo Laredo. Fluency in Spanish a must with professional English skills preferred. Must be able to pass security background investigations but does not have to be US citizen.**Basic Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience- Six or more years of management or operations experience- Four or more years of supervisory experience.- Experience working in a multilingual environment across multiple time zones**Additional Qualifications**- Strong organization and time management skills- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients- Strong analytical and problem solving skills- Strong human relations skills to select, develop, mentor, discipline and reward employees- Strong communication skills**Essential Job Functions**- The OFC manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships and communication with the US Consulate in Nuevo Laredo to provide a high level of service and maintain customer satisfaction.- The OFC manager is also responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of the Off-site Facilitation Center.- Manages customer relationship while ensuring adherence to the contract, local laws and company policies and processes.- Works with local consular staff to understand service issues/improvements and recommend appropriate course of action.- Train and manage the team of greeters who work at the US Consulate and operate the OFC.- Ensures contractual compliance, fraud prevention, and security procedures are being followed ensures all employees participate in the mandatory annual trainings.- Resolve customer service issues as they concern the quality of services offered to the applicants by the Mission.- Coordinate public relations efforts if/when requested by Consular ManagerTipo de puesto: Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mesPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de la vista- Seguro dental- Seguro de vida- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoLugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
