Our customers come to rely on Italic for our quality, timeless design, and radical value.**Responsibilities**:- 3PL & Logistics Management_- Manage and lead a team of logistics staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.- Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with our 3PL partners and logistics providers.- Ensure that our 3PL partners and logistics providers are delivering to agreed service levels and contractual obligations.- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of processes and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.- Inventory Management & Reporting_- Overseeing inventory management and devising strategies for inventory balancing- Providing comprehensive reports on inventory, logistics, and overall operations performance- Analyzing data to identify bottlenecks, foresee potential issues, and suggest improvements- Contract Management_- Manage the contractual relationship between our company and our 3PL partners and logistics providers.- Ensure that all contractual obligations are met by both parties.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within our 3PL partners and logistics providers.- Project Management_- Plan and oversee the implementation of operational projects related to 3PL and logistics management, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans where necessary.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.**Requirements**:- Soft Skills:_- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.- Technical Skills:_- Strong proficiency in project management tools and software.- Experience with 3PL and logistics management.- Familiarity with regulatory and legal requirements in the relevant industry.- Mentality:_- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.- Passion for operations management and eagerness to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices
