Order Ventures is a software company which collaborates hand in hand with restaurants in the United States, this to increase their income, facilitate the connection with their guests and improve their advertisingWe are looking for people with energy and great organizational skills to coordinate administrative and managerial tasks.**Minimum requirements**:Gender: Indistinct- Advanced English- Academic Training: Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, Communication, Marketing or related careers (optional)- Minimum experience of 3-5 recent years in related positions in companies in the restaurant, hotel, retail, industrial and/or call center sectors.- Management of CRM, Google Drive (docs, excel)**Functions**:- Knowledge and implementation of KPI'S.- Prospecting for new clients and retention of the company's portfolio.- Implementation of business strategies.- Review, analyze and make monthly sales reports.- Management of satisfaction surveys, quality of customer service.- Sales training program.- Analyze and develop monthly sales coverage.- Continuous interaction with the commercial area- promoters for the follow-up of strategies and activities.**Competencies**:- Leadership Ability, Negotiator, Analytical Ability, Personnel Management, Negotiation Ability, Results Oriented, Frustration Tolerance, Resilient, Innovative.
