Operations Manager

Dana is a global leader in the supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies that improve the efficiency and performance of vehicles with both conventional and alternative-energy powertrains. Serving three primary markets - passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off-highway equipment - Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.

**Job Purpose**:
Operations manager responsible to guarantee the integration of the Production, Manufacturing and Maintenance areas focused on compliance with corporate policies/guidelines and the achievement of the plant operational objectives through the management of human, financial and resources in the Supply Chain. Direct and coordinate the integration of new projects on time, budget and quality, generating value to the production processes in order to improve the cost of product conversion.

**Job Profile**:
Engineering Bachelor's degree or higher

Around 5 years of experience as Production Manager / Maintenance Manager / Manufacturing Manager. At least 10 years of experience at Automotive Industry.

Management System Knowledge (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45000, OSHAS)

Manudacturing System (JIT, SMED, TOC, TPM, POKA YOKE), Product Design and General Manufacturing Knowledge
