**Operations Manager Automotive Wiring Harness Industry**
**Job based in Torreon II, Matamoros, Coah. Torreon Plant, E-Systems division**

As **Operations Manager, **you will coordinate resources for compliance with quality, production, waste, cost, and delivery metrics. Ensure compliance with the plans and objectives of the operation in accordance with the requirements and demands of the clients. As well as, the norms, procedures of Quality, Environment, Health and Safety.
**YOUR TASKS WILL BE**:
- Establish, plan and control the annual goals and objectives of Operations
- Continuously evaluate and monitor the forecast and results of Plant Production to ensure efficiency and adherence goals.
- Ensure on-time delivery by complying with the production schedules and meeting coordination of the "Master Production Schedule".
- Manage production areas to achieve plant objectives such as: Efficiency, productivity, zero rejects, delivery on time, 5s, customer satisfaction, SCRAP, safety, down time, deliveries, overtime
- Active participation to support and improve financial results at the plant
- Continuous improvement projects, savings generation
- Implementation and monitoring of best manufacturing practices
- Administration of the material and human resources of the department
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
- 5+ years as Operation Manager in Automotive Wiring Harness Industry (Assembly & Cut)
- IATF 16949
- Lean Manufacturing
- English Proficient
- Able to work in a collaborative, global environment
