Operations Manager

**Requirements**:
+5 year of experience working in similar roles

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (international business, marketing, supply chain or a related area) is required.

Experience in the beauty industry and/or in a B2C company, preferably in leadership roles within operations, supply chain, or related areas.

Experience in managing teams and a track record of successful strategic planning and execution.

English at a business level.

Hybrid working model.

Hands on with daily involvement with operation execution and company systems.

**Responsibilities
- The OM collaborates with the CEO and other top executives to formulate the company's overall strategic plan.
- Supply Chain Management.
- The OM must implement and manage quality control measures to ensure that all imported products meet the company's standards.
- OM may oversee production processes/timelines to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently and meet quality standards and delivery.
- Process optimization, automation, and cost management.
- Sales and Marketing Support.
- Regulatory Compliance.
- Managing budgets, cost control, and financial performance.
- Risk Management.
- Communication and Reporting.
- Market Expansion
