**Senior Operations Manager**

**Position Summary**

The Senior Operations Manager of Lionbridge Games is responsible for program management of key client engagements and day to day site operations of our Boise, Idaho office. It's your job to drive continuous improvement in all areas of delivery of service to client, with primary focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations. You will work closely with Lionbridge Games Quality global teams on delivery and KPIs to meet customer requirements. You will report on overall program health and track and deliver solutions for outstanding program health detractors. The Senior Operation's Manager will need to leverage their experience and tenure to drive industry leading, customer focused, highly successful operation's management.

**What You Will Do**
- Work closely with Lionbridge Games Quality teams on KPIs, identify key issues, and drive appropriate solutions
- Report on overall program health and track and deliver solutions for outstanding program health detractors
- Define, manage, and optimize processes & procedures to ensure the highest delivery and response
- Drive onboarding and training framework/compliance with onsite team members
- Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
- Manage relationships with key operations vendors while tracking vendor pricing, rebates, and service levels
- Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
- Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks and provide strategic solutions. Manages day to day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management
- Manage and maintain accounts receivable invoicing from assigned projects

**To Be Successful You Will Have**
- A passion for, and experience with, games across a myriad of platforms as well as the gaming industry
- Experience as a program manager or account manager
- A passion for customers and long-term partnerships, and managing a process-oriented business
- A strong and demonstrated drive for results and ability to work independently
- The ability to conceive and execute creative solutions to senior or executive level problems
- An intimate and practiced knowledge of software testing methodologies, procedures and the development lifecycle
- Experience developing test strategies and plans for complex software products
- Experience with structured test processes as well as exploratory testing techniques
