Ensure new tooling qualification and startup meet or exceed plant expectations. Ensure new tool post-mortems are completed timely and with sufficient data. Ensure "lessons learned" are incorporated back into the development processDevelop yearly plans focusing on continuous improvement with emphasis on new product launch, tooling technology, standardization, quality, cost reduction and lead-time reduction. Support the use of GLSS tools and methods to increase department productivity and reduce waste.
