**About the Job**We are looking for a driven, independent and highly-organized Operations Manager for Lead Generation to help grow and scale our real estate business.We're looking for someone who likes to learn, who takes initiative and knows how to problem-solve.You should be a quick learner, because we are always evolving.A team player, because working alone can get lonely.An integrator so that all the pieces will fit together smoothly and a delegator so that everyone can do their job better in the end.We're looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is comfortable meeting tight deadlines and working in the fast-paced, high-energy environment.**Working with us means you'll**:- Be an extension of the CEO you will be working with, both professional and friendly- Be a "gatekeeper" when needed, without making people feel unimportant- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Lead Agent.- Manage complex calendars, current projects, customer fire drills and various project needs.- Organize internal and external meetings- Lead and provide support and follow up on various businesses and special projects as assigned which touch on a broad range of topics.- Conduct, research and create reports and/or presentations.**If any of the below sounds like you**:- Competitive- Likes to Learn- Assertive- Team Player- Self Starter- Detail Oriented- Delegator- Integrator- Responsible for the deliverables- Interest in US Real Estate**What will you do?**These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:- The **Director of Lead Generation** increases the number and quality of leads.- Serves as the leader in new lead generation campaigns while increasing the efficiency of existing campaigns.- Manages the brand and all sales locations.- Runs the outside sales department, expanding the database.- Runs the inside sales department, qualifying leads and creating appointments.- Creates standards and develops metrics to hold others accountable.- Creates and manages lead generation training for the entire systemPay: $22,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
