Operations Manager In Tlaxcala

**About this opportunity**:We are now looking for an Operations Manager to support hardware manufacturing to develop, implement and maintain profitable, ergonomic and safe production, in accordance with production rules in our manufacturing plant.**What you will do**:- Determine amount of necessary resources- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel- Monitor production to resolve issues- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements**You will bring**:- Proven experience as production director- Deep knowledge of production management- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts- Experience in reporting on key production metrics- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software (SAP)- Outstanding communication ability- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills- Fluent in English, German would be a plus**Why join Ericsson?**:At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
