Do you want to work:- on environmental, social and governance issues- with an amazing team of like-minded creative thinkers- in a fast-paced dynamic environment- for some of the biggest and most forward-looking brands in the world**Responsibilities**- Audit & improvement services delivery- Ensure competency and consistency in delivery with a goal of operational excellence- Meet regional operations targets and goals- Recruit, hire, manage and develop staff and contractors- Ensure training plan, shadow audit plan and Performance Improvement Plan continues to evolve and deadlines are met- Ensure prep process for the rollout of new programs - training auditors, RRs, coordinators and manage client expectations- Ensure accreditation process is completed, including training, for schemes- Daily follow up of implementation of strategies and QA improvement- Monitor and follow up queries or feedback from Clients
