Minimum qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting warehouse or manufacturing environments, with a focus on process mapping and process improvements.

- 5 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients, working with third-party logistics partners and extended workforce providers.

- Experience identifying issues in processes, creating solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.

- Experience in SQL querying, data manipulation and reporting.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with Google Workspace (e.g., Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).

- Ability to transition between program work and needs.

- Excellent Google SQL skills.
