About the RoleSchneider Electric, a global leader in connected technologies, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team in Queretaro. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth production of our products and delivering exceptional results.Key Responsibilities• Enforce compliance with HSE and 5S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses.• Ensure achievement of production schedules in accordance with the objectives of cost, quality, lead time.• Responsible for the performance of a production / manufacturing sector through hierarchical animation of teams.• Aligns resources with needs within short- & medium-term horizon, elaborates training plans where necessary for successful execution of standardized work, leads short interval management at sector level, formulates / escalates issues where necessary.Requirements• Degree in related fields.• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.• Intermediate English Level.• Strong knowledge of quality improvement tools, techniques & models, and performance management tools.We OfferA challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic and innovative company, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
