We are looking for a smart, experienced and awesome **Operations Manager with Bookkeeping Experience** to support one of our Rockstar clients!**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:- Oversee and manage daily tasks and operations, ensuring they are completed timely and accurately.- Be responsible for fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members, optimizing productivity and ensuring a cohesive work environment.- Identify and implement processes and strategies to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.- Monitor and maintain the quality of work performed by the team to meet or exceed client expectations.- Take over certain tasks to ensure a continuous workflow and maintain operational efficiency in cases of team member unavailability or urgent situations.**YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE**:- Bookkeeping experience as your background will aid in managing the financial aspects of operations.- Leadership skills and are able to inspire and coordinate team members effectively.- The ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth operations.- Detail-oriented to ensure high-quality service delivery and maintaining accurate records.- Capable of adapting to changing situations and taking on different tasks as needed.- A systematic approach, allowing you to thrive in maintaining the gears of day-to-day operations.- Adept at keeping the books balanced while orchestrating operations.**WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU**:- A competitive compensation package with commission- Flexible work schedule- Room for growth**OTHER THINGS THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW**:- This is a full-time work opportunity.- You'll be asked to work a minimum of 20 to 40 hours per week during Eastern Standard Time (EST).
