**Operations NPI Leader**

This position is responsible to lead Operations New Product Introduction creating process flow, validate the manufacturing processes including testing and other activities associated with building of new PCBA in a high mix, low volume and complex manufacturing environmental.

**Profile**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering technical field preferred

5+ years of related experience in a electronics manufacturing environment

Conversational English

**Specific Knowledge**:
Electronics knowledge preferred

Experience in phases of product development process, manufacturing, new products introductions, and product engineering.

Experience working with global teams

**Main Responsibilities**
- 1. Ensure & Promote EH&S Compliance, Ethics Code & Carrier Values.
2. Lead NPI in terms of Operations focus on manufacturing process, testing process and factory capacity.

3. NPI tracking progress, identify roadblocks and resolve to minimize impacts in the factory Operations.

4. Improve products and reduce costs using knowledge of fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards, product design, materials, and parts to optimize productivity and ensure optimal use of resources.

5. Work collaboratively with the UTEC Engineering HQ and local teams to ensure flawless introduction for new products and new process.
