**The Responsibilities**:
·Prepare contract sheets accurately reflecting agreed-upon terms
·Liaise with suppliers to obtain necessary shipping documents (e.g. invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin)
·Monitor the progress of document preparation and shipment from suppliers
·Monitor payment schedules to ensure timely payments and avoid delays
·Use internal systems like SAP to record all transaction data accurately
·Liase with stakeholders

**Requirements**:
**The Requirements**:
·Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Chemical Engineering
·Experience with UCP 600 and URC 522, including how they have applied these rules in previous roles
