About the role We are seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain processes, ensuring the efficient delivery of products to our customers. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in operations management, with a strong focus on supply chain logistics and program delivery. You will work cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and optimize our processes, improving customer satisfaction and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities: Program Management: Lead and manage operations programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to streamline operations and reduce costs.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including procurement, production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products.Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on operations and customer satisfaction.Project Tracking: Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports, ensuring transparency and accountability across all stakeholders.Training and Development: Mentor and train team members on best practices in operations and supply chain. As a minimum you must have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.5-10 years of experience in operations management, with a strong emphasis on supply chain and logistics.Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.Proficiency in project management tools and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Advanced English (required).Ability to travel internationally.
