3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

This is a position for people-oriented managers with a large team across the country. This is NOT a virtual role, responsibilities require to be willing to travel frequently. - This role must be flexible to work eventually on weekends and/or evenings during peak events (According to business demand).
