The project Manager will be responsible for participating in strategic planning and ensuring the results of the services team, through controls and metrics. He will have direct responsibility for the implementation of continuous improvement plans for all maintenance clients.
Build a strong plan to achieve sustainable growth in the region. Provide input into the global Mexico Service strategy and identify regional requirements for business operations in the country. Manage multiple and changing priorities based on factors such as time constraints, urgency, and business need. Ensure operations align with Mexico Services Direction mission, strategic objectives and policies.
The Project Manager will establish and grow trusted advisor relationships with all client accounts, leveraging the world-class Toshiba Team to drive our combined Hardware, Software, and Services business forward and will also work closely with all other TGCS teams (e.g., Sales team) engaged on the accounts. As new Products and Services are introduced into the accounts, he will participate in resource planning and allocation to meet the obligations resulting from the new Product and/or Service.
**AREAS OF EXPERTISE & SPECIAL SKILLS**
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of Project Management experience, with 3 years' experience in retail and TI industry.
- Project Manager Certificated (PMP) for PMI or ITILL. (desire)
- MS Project experience.
- Strong sense of urgency and driving issues to closure, with a focus on successful results.
- Proven experience in achieving operational excellence and developing end-to-end procedures with a keen ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement change.
- Meets deadlines and produces high quality work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
- Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements

**Responsibilities**:
- Grow client satisfaction with TGCS Services business while driving revenue and profit for geographical assigned customer accounts. Achieve budgeted revenue targets. Produce annual business operating plan and business performance reports which include monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue, profits and cash. Track and participate in key milestone reviews to ensure TGCS is meeting its commitments and execution activities are aligned. Ensure proper business engagement and expectation management for long-term success.
- Support business leads through new business initiatives, account onboarding, existing account evaluations, and product rollouts to ensure financial and strategic objectives match the scale, scope, and cost of the services deployed, and business value is delivered. Work with the business to identify critical business leads at the start of an engagement and ensure a plan is in place for business readiness, rollout, and ongoing product support. Determine the financial implications of contracts and assigned projects on business results using standard business metrics. Assess the impact of current contracts and market conditions on the business.
- Grow the business relationship and Global Services footprint in the assigned accounts or region. Leverage knowledge of the region, accounts, the maintenance organization, and cross-functional business partners to make informed business decisions and execute Mexico Service Direction business strategies.
