**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support the validation and accuracy checks of load data within our systems
- Document milestone events and assist in gathering and communicating information for problem resolution
- Engage with internal/external customers under guidance, assisting in recognizing service issues and contributing to customer-focused solutions
- Assist in managing customer interactions by addressing requests, welcoming feedback, and contributing to the discussion on service improvements
- Offer suggestions for improving operations, while gaining an understanding of the tools and resources that boost efficiency
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Required:
- High School diploma or GED
- Site Specific: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Preferred:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Previous customer service experience
- Demonstrated communication, prioritization, and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
