The Mission We are looking for a sharp, collaborative candidate that will support Delivery and Operations in project setup and resource planning. The Resource Coordinator is responsible for project onboarding and determining upcoming resource needs and matching resource demand with supply and capacity. This position will also assist in verifying adherence to project process and standards. The candidate will need to prioritize multiple responsibilities and collaborate with others across the organization to ensure project success.

Your Assignment Performs all operational tasks related to life-cycle of projects, such as coordination of project handoff from Sales to Delivery, resource planning and assignments, project setup and project close out Support effective project resourcing and forecasting by understanding pipeline opportunities and assignments needed for projects in conjunction to service delivery capacity, making recommendations as needed Monitor and facilitate accurate project time-tracking and status reporting Update engagement and account data, reporting on schedules of all delivery resources, projects and account health through our project and time-tracking tool sets Monitor and track adherence to delivery processes and frameworks, providing reports to appropriate leadership Retrieve and update data used to measure standardized performance metric adherence, provide forecasting, trend analysis, and on-going operations of service delivery Your Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required At least 2 years of work experience in business operations or resource capacity planning Excellent organizational and analytical skills to ensure data accuracy and compliance Strong communication skills with the ability to work with staff and leadership across functional-departments to complete tasks Experience in resource and capacity management Preferred Qualifications Ability to develop operational processes, templates and standards around project setup and engagement compliance Familiarity with google sheets and/or excel functionality Familiarity with Certinia/Salesforce Knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies and tools Benefits 100% remote work Medical Insurance for you and eligible dependents Generous holidays and flexible PTO Competitive phantom equity Paid for exams and certifications Peer bonus awards State of the art laptop and tools Equipment & Office Stipend Individual professional development plan Annual stipend for Learning and Development Work with an amazing worldwide team and in an incredible corporate culture Caylent is a place where everyone belongs.
