Operations Sap Key User H-M

Job DescriptionThe Operations SAP Key User is responsible for the complete knowledge between the operation and the SAP system flow.He/She will be the main contact with operations and support areas, including other key users, in case of any doubts or errors in the system or process.This role involves internal and external communication with different leaders or process owners, aimed at reviewing or defining new scopes, and sharing all changes or information with all involved parties in SAESA.Additional duties include maintaining regular contact with support areas to analyze data to generate indicators, understanding, and reviewing SAP workflows, and ensuring the information flows correctly through different phases.Responsibilities:Specific knowledge about the Operation and SAP process.Analyze and escalate errors or doubts in the system.Provide feedback to leaders and principal roles when detecting the root cause of errors.Participate in various sessions on SAP topics with different leaders or teams in the Safran network.Assist different teams in analyzing information or SAP flows to create or automate indicators.Escalate any errors or issues that this role cannot address to the technical field.Job Requirements:An engineer with 1 or 2 years of experience, possessing basic knowledge of our processes.
