Job DescriptionThe Operations SAP Key User is in charge of the complete knowledge between the operation and the SAP system flow.He/She is the main contact with operations and support areas, including other key users, for any doubts or errors in the system or process.The role involves internal and external contact with various leaders or process owners to review or define new scopes and share changes or information with all involved parties in SAESA.Another duty for this position is to maintain communication with support areas to analyze data, generate indicators, understand, and review SAP workflows and how information flows through different phases.Responsibilities:Specific knowledge about the Operation and SAP process.Analyze and escalate errors or doubts in the system.Provide feedback to leaders and principal roles when the root cause of an error is detected.Participate in various sessions about SAP topics with different leaders or teams in the Safran network.Assist different teams in analyzing information or SAP flows to create or automate indicators.Escalate issues to the technical field if there are any errors or issues that this role cannot address.Job RequirementsAn engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience and basic knowledge of our processes.Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
