Operations Specialist

We are an important logistics company that specializes in providing 4PL services to our clients, one of which is a distinguished leader in the technology field.We are looking for:Operations Specialist**Requirements**:- Bacherlor's Degree in international business, Commerce, Logistics or Industrial Engineering or equivalent desired.- Conversational English- Advanced Excel (Knowledge in Pivot tables, vlookups, etc)- +1 Year experience in Supply chain optimization**Tasks**:Assure correct flow of the shipments by anticipating deviations, monitoring the network, following up critical shipments and communicating with colleagues, suppliers and customers, while looking for the efficiency and cost saving strategy.- Monitor network to assure all the shipments are delivered according to contractual transit time without issues or incident.- Anticipate deviations or exceptions in the process to take the appropriated actions are taken on time to return to established process.- Analyze and provide the best logistic solution based on the customer needs and cost efficiency.- Carrier management to assure contract conditions are archived.- Monitor carrier performance, identify deviations, require and follow up actions plants as needed.- Manage any special request from customer.- Follow up logistic environment to identify potential risks.- Monitor critical shipments until arrival to destination as per RACI.**Benefits**:- Competitive base salary- Benefits above the law- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm- Excellent location- Growth opportunities
