As a key member of the WW management team, you will support the General Manager and Operations Manager in our fast-paced Vehicle Processing Center (VPC).**Job Description**:**Dynamic Career Opportunity with Wallenius Wilhelmsen (WW)**- This position will coordinate all operation's supervisors onsite, will create strategies to accomplish all customer needs.- He or she will work closely to Operation's Manager focused on achieve safety, quality, and productivity KPIs.- He or she will support Operation's Manager to manage all new requirements from NISSAN Logistics and NISSAN Assembly Plant.- This position will work closely with HR department to create strategies to prevent turnover and absenteeism.- He or she will be a link between operations and quality and safety department.- Focused on created best practices to accomplish financial objectives.- Monthly planning according to production plan shared by customer.Job Requirements:A good fit for this position has 5-7 years in planning and directing operations, and experience in:- SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management.- Microsoft Office computer skills, and database navigational skills.- A 4-year degree.- A valid driver's license and the ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions.- English language proficiency at intermediate level**APPLY NOW and join our team!**Pay Type : Salary
