Is the natural backup for the Sr. Ops Manager to manage the bussiness during absence. Ensure a safe, clean, and secure working environment by establishing and enforcing procedures, rules and regulations; Meets processing requirement by managing production staff in the most effective manner; monitors predetermined preventative maintenance measures designed to minimize equipment related downtime; ensures development of adequate plan for cobalt and/or ethylene oxide requirements in the most economical mannerExperiência y requisitosBachelor Degree: in Mechanical Engineering, chemical or other Master degree preferably A minimum of five (5) years of general or operational management experience in sterilization operations with ISO and/or GMP exposure and customer service focus. English 95% Visa Travel availability Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint is required. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred.
