And Maximizing capacity utilization Ensures the proper systems and resources are in place to meet processing schedules on time and that operation is in compliance with SOP's, cGMP's, 21 CFR Part 820, IS011135, IS013485 and safety procedures ensuring safty first for all operators and team.
Coordinates the organizational on dailty tiers by assigning responsibilities, delegating authority to assure execution and selecting, orienting and training direct reports.
Monitors and appraises job results for his team and maintains activities designed to achieve and maintain high employee morale; fosters intra
- and inter-department cooperation.
Is the natural backup for the Sr. Ops Manager to manage the bussiness during absence.
Ensure a safe, clean, and secure working environment by establishing and enforcing procedures, rules and regulations; Meets processing requirement by managing production staff in the most effective manner; monitors predetermined preventative maintenance measures designed to minimize equipment related downtime; ensures development of adequate plan for cobalt and/or ethylene oxide requirements in the most economical manner
Experiência y requisitos
Bachelor Degree: in Mechanical Engineering, chemical or other Master degree preferably A minimum of five (5) years of general or operational management experience in sterilization operations with ISO and/or GMP exposure and customer service focus.
English 95% Visa Travel availability Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint is required.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred.
Management of personnel and work teams Ability to make decisions Excellent organizational habits Ability to work independently under general guidelines and supervision.
Ability to adapt to changing duties and responsibilities.
Effective interpersonal skills as demonstrated through prior management experience.
