Operations Superintendent

Overview:This position will coordinate all operation's supervisors onsite and create strategies to accomplish all customer needs.
ResponsibilitiesHe or she will work closely with the Operation's Manager focused on achieving safety, quality, and productivity KPIs. He or she will support the Operation's Manager in managing all new requirements from Ford Logistics and Ford Cuautitlan Assembly Plant. This position will work closely with the HR department to create strategies to prevent turnover and absenteeism. He or she will be a link between operations and the quality and safety department. Focused on creating best practices to accomplish financial objectives. Monthly planning according to the production plan shared by the customer.
Qualifications3-5 years as operations chief or senior operations supervisor.Experience with SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management.Assembly line operation experience, with emphasis on automotive or mechanical applications.Microsoft Office computer skills and database navigational skills.A 4-year degree.A valid driver's license and the ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions.English language proficiency at intermediate level.Work style:CommitmentCustomer centeredFocus on resultsLeadershipTeamworkCommunicationProblem solvingPersonnel ManagementFrustration toleranceAdaptabilityWork Organization
