Operations Superintendent

Overview:This position will coordinate all operation's supervisors onsite, creating strategies to accomplish all customer needs.Responsibilities:Work closely with the Operation's Manager focused on achieving safety, quality, and productivity KPIs.Support the Operation's Manager in managing all new requirements from Ford Logistics and Ford Cuautitlan Assembly Plant.Collaborate with the HR department to create strategies to prevent turnover and absenteeism.Act as a link between operations and the quality and safety department.Develop best practices to accomplish financial objectives.Plan monthly according to the production plan shared by the customer.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience as an operations chief or senior operations supervisor.Knowledge of SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management.Experience in assembly line operations, with an emphasis on automotive or mechanical applications.Proficient in Microsoft Office and database navigation.A 4-year degree.A valid driver's license and the ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions.Intermediate English language proficiency.Work Style:CommitmentCustomer-centeredFocus on resultsLeadershipTeamworkCommunicationProblem solvingPersonnel managementFrustration toleranceAdaptabilityWork organization#J-18808-Ljbffr
